Key Responsibilities

➡️Partner with regional and country business development teams to lead and support selling, designing, and launching strategic outsourced and talent advisory solutions.

➡️Oversee RPO, MSP, SoW, EOR, employer branding, recruitment technology and talent engagement.Candidates should have a proven track record in securing and managing large contracts, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships.
